Learn to teach Hatha Yoga with Suzi Renaud, owner of The Yoga Room, in Paducah, Kentucky. Weekend Sessions will begin on Friday, April 4, 5, 6. Times: Friday, 2-6. Saturday, 2-6. Sunday, 10-6. It is required that you attend have 32 hours of class time. That will be two intensive weekend sessions. Each weekend is 16 hours. In addition, you will have the classroom experience of teaching in front of a class and you will have a working knowledge on how to teach Hatha Yoga to all levels in a studio or fitness center.
Some yoga certification's and trainings cost thousands of dollars and time away from your job, but with The Yoga Room Trainings, you intern as you learn. Your test is taken on line in the comforts of your home. Suzi is a phone call away and available for questions and support. Everything is at your finger tips, from manuals, pictures, test examples and much more. Suzi brings to you her 25 years of experience in this exciting weekend intensive. Suzi's Yoga Preparation and Learning course will give you detailed instructions, tips, and tools for teaching a safe and comfortable yoga class. All aspects of Yoga will be covered from posture alignment to choreography, breathing, meditation, and the Yoga code of ethics. In the 32 hour course you will develop a teaching style that becomes your own. The teaching course in based on the principles and standards set by Yoga Alliance. You will be cerified by a Nationally Recognized company.
